With regard to customer (and potential customer) data, Renzacci Spa – Industria Lavatrici (hereinafter, “Renzacci”) is committed to ensuring transparency and choice. Renzacci protects the privacy of customers to enable them to achieve their goals. The purpose of this Policy is to inform you what personal information (hereinafter, “Customer Data” or “Data”) Renzacci collects on its websites and/or emails and how this information is used in compliance with the company’s objective, which aims at a safer world. INFORMATION REFERRED TO IN THE PRIVACY POLICYThe Privacy Policy applies only to personal data collected through the Websites, but not to personal data acquired by or in connection with the use of Renzacci products or services.

INFORMATION ACQUIRED BY RENZACCI SPA – INDUSTRIA LAVATRICIWhen the customer visits a Renzacci website, certain information may be collected or requested in order to facilitate Renzacci in managing the relationship with the customer. This information may include:
• contact information such as your name, correspondence address, email address, and telephone number;• shipping and billing information, including credit card information and payment information;• transaction history;• information you provide to Renzacci in order to receive technical support or when you interact with customer service;• information about third parties that you may provide through programs or services (e.g., “Recommend to a friend”);• information on the type of browser to improve the display of information and data relating to the performance of Renzacci products and information on how the customer uses products and services.

USE OF CUSTOMER DATAWe may use customer data to:
• create and manage the customer database, created at the time of purchase from Renzacci or the first contact;• verify the customer’s identity and the right to acquire products or services where the customer contacts Renzacci or accesses its services;• provide quotes for Renzacci products or services;• process purchase transactions;• provide updates on the status of orders;• To enable the registration of products or services purchased;• To manage any customer subscriptions;• To provide technical support and customer service;• To subscribe the customer to a newsletter, send the customer product updates or technical notices;• To communicate with the customer and arrange for their participation in training days, courses, offers or promotions;• To request opinions or feedback from the customer;• To seek and implement product improvements and updates;• evaluate and improve the quality of Renzacci products, services and websites;• make available, in compliance with the law, options such as “Recommend a friend” in order to involve other parties potentially interested in Renzacci’s products and offers;• offer the customer a personalized experience when consulting Renzacci sites;• allow interoperability between Renzacci applications;• make Renzacci systems and applications secure;• allow the provision of services; and enforce Renzacci’s rights or ensure compliance with legal requirements.

In
addition to the purposes described above, we may, subject to consent obligations, use Customer Data to send you advertising, promotions and information about products and services tailored to you and your needs. Where permitted, this may involve the use of demographic or trend data provided by third parties or in the public domain. Data such as telephone numbers and e-mail addresses may also be used for contact purposes. If you do not want your Data to be used for this purpose, you can simply deny your consent on the web pages and/or within the forms through which Renzacci collects your Data. Note that, in some regions, refusal of consent can be expressed by unchecking a box. You may also unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.

Advertising related to the customer’s interestsRenzacci may provide third parties with information relating to the customer’s interest in certain Renzacci products in order to send advertising messages or news that are better suited to the customer. Where Renzacci presents the customer with interest-related advertisements on a site other than Renzacci’s, the customer’s activities on that site will not be tracked by Renzacci. When the customer clicks on the advertisements, Renzacci will only know the domain of origin of the customer. Information from third parties Third parties have the ability to provide Renzacci with customer information from online and offline sources. Renzacci may combine this information with that already in its possession to provide the customer with a better experience, identify interest in its products and improve the quality of its offers, products, services and assistance. TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES AND DO-NOT-TRACK COOKIES CookiesWhat are Cookies As is common practice with almost all professional websites this site uses cookies, which are small files that are downloaded to your computer, to improve your experience and display on different devices. Renzacci does not allow these third parties to collect your personal data (e.g., your email address) when you are on the Renzacci site, nor does it share your data with third parties.

Social Media Features and Widgets Renzacci websites include social media features, such as the Facebook “Like” button, and widgets, such as the “Share” button, as well as interactive mini-programs installed on the site itself. These features, usually easily recognizable thanks to the third party’s brand or logo, could acquire the customer’s IP address, recognize the page consulted at that moment on the Renzacci site and set a cookie that allows this feature to work properly. Social media features and widgets can be hosted by the third party or directly on the Renzacci website. Your interaction with these features is governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them. Disclosure of Customer Data Renzacci Spa – Industria Lavatrici does not sell, rent or lease Customer Data. Such data is disclosed exclusively in the form described below, within the Renzacci Spa – Industria Lavatrici group of companies or with Renzacci Spa – Industria Lavatrici partners, with the service providers who process the information on behalf of Renzacci Spa – Industria Lavatrici and with the authorities responsible for compliance with the law. Global data transfers Renzacci is a company operating worldwide and processing information from many countries. In order to carry out our business, and in accordance with this Policy, Customer Data may be transferred to our approved partners, who may be located in countries around the world. Renzacci will take the required measures to ensure the necessary level of protection for such transfers, which will take place in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In developing its business, Renzacci may acquire subsidiaries or other business entities.

As a consequence of these operations, and in order to maintain an ongoing relationship with the customer, Renzacci may transfer the Customer Data to one of its affiliates. If Renzacci is involved in a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of its assets, Customer Data may be transferred as part of any of the above. In such a case, the client will be informed of any agreement and the possibilities available to him. Protection of Customer Data Renzacci has put in place all appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect Customer Data from misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, loss, alteration or destruction. These measures include:Physical security measures, such as closed doors and lockers, controlled access to its systems and secure destruction of the media in which the Data are stored.Technological security measures, such as the use of antivirus and endpoint protection software, Renzacci perimeter firewalls, use of computer access passwords and application access passwords, as well as limitations on the use of applications according to the tasks. Organizational security measures, including security and privacy training and awareness programs, to ensure that employees understand the importance of and means of protecting Customer Data. In addition, Renzacci’s rules and organizational standards govern the processing of Customer Data. Storage of Customer Data The information collected by Renzacci may be stored on servers in Italy and in any region in which Renzacci or its suppliers operate. Links to other websites Renzacci websites may contain links to other sites owned or operated by other companies. If the customer chooses to visit one or more linked sites, Renzacci invites you to carefully examine the privacy policy of each of them, as it may differ from your own. Renzacci is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of websites owned by companies that are not part of the Renzacci group. Renzacci websites may also link to co-branded sites, maintained by Renzacci and one or more of its business partners, which collect Customer Data in accordance with their respective privacy practices.
